Recruitment - Commercial Recruitment Consultant - Wolverhampton
The Benefits:
On offer is an excellent basic salary to 22K + OTE with other benefits including 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
We have an opening with our Wolverhampton based client for a Commercial Recruitment Consultant.
With a minimum of 12 months commercial recruitment experience you will be required help drive the business forward and generate new clients by carrying out business development and cold calling on a daily basis.
The Person Spec:
As a Commercial Recruitment Consultant you will have a proven billing history with a strong sales ability.
Working within a small team of 5 Recruitment Consultants you will be required to help drive the business forward bringing on board new clients whilst maintaining relationships with existing clients.
You will be focussed, friendly, approachable and have the ability to understand the specific needs of both clients and candidates.
