The Package:
On offer is a basic salary up to 20K + OTE 50K uncapped.
Successful candidates will be put through REC training, with a dedicated one to one support coach, other excellent company benefits are also available such as 25 days annual leave, parking on-site and points-based incentive scheme to win additional prizes.

The Job Spec:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be tasked with generating new business and maximising existing business potential.
Your focus will also be on recruiting quality candidates through advertising, promotional activities and exploiting existing resources in order to fill vacancies and bookings.
Your role will encompass both recruitment and sales activities.
The Person Spec:
To be considered for this position you must have recruitment sales experience. Some experience or knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous to your application.
As the Recruitment Consultant you will also need to demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, a consistent employment history and a good level of proficiency using the MS Office suite. This role is based in Southampton and will involve visits to clients and candidates; therefore a driving licence is essential.
