The Remuneration:
On offer is a competitive basic salary to 24K + excellent OTE potential (40K) with 20 days annual leave rising with service to 25 days.
Working hours on rota basic 7.30-4.00 or 9.00-6.00
The Recruitment Opportunity:
Due to planned expansion of the current team our client is seeking to recruit an Education Recruitment Consultant for their London office, covering either Primary or Secondary.
Working alongside a busy team of Recruitment Consultants this role involves face to face client meetings and candidate interviewing across an extensive operating patch.
With access to an extensive portfolio of Education clients there is an existing client base for a Recruitment Consultant to generate immediate revenue, as well as many more potential clients to build relationships with.
This role will require solid commitment and the financial rewards that will result are unrivalled in this sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within a leading specialist recruitment group.
The Person Spec:

A proven background of developing successful business relationships and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.
