The Package:
Available to the successful candidate is a basic salary to 25K + OTE (40K) with 20 days annual leave rising with service to 25 days.
Working Hours on shift basis: 7.00-4.00 & 9.00-6.00

Our client has an opening for an experienced Social Care Recruitment Consultant in their London based office.
As a Social Care Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing your own workload, the sales, development and the winning of business from new and existing clients.
You will also be involved with the attraction and retention of candidates offering career advice and guidance. To ensure your success you need to show enthusiasm and resilience in this challenging, rewarding and exciting environment.

Are you currently a Recruitment Consultant working within the Social Care sector or an individual with in-depth knowledge of the Social Care industry, with specifically recruitment experience?
