The Package:

The Recruitment Opportunity:
Our client has an opportunity for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their Leeds operation. Ideally you will have previous exposure in a busy sales environment with a desire to succeed further within the recruitment industry.
The Person Spec:
Candidates will have a tenacious and flexible working approach and be accomplished team players. Working within a busy and successful branch, applicants will be proactive and able to increase the companies local market share.
Much of your time will be spent on the telephone, working and developing relationships with customers of a quality that allows you to work together to provide business solutions in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
Recruitment is a demanding career and as we all know, working with people can be unpredictable! As a result you need to be confident, direct, tenacious, intelligent and an excellent communicator, able to "think on your feet", reacting to situations in real time, anticipating and overcoming objections.
If you recognise these qualities in yourself and can use a computer, our client offers excellent training and support to ensure you have the best chance of success as a Recruitment Consultant.
