Recruitment - Pharmaceutical Recruitment Consultant - London; W1
The Remuneration:
Competitive basic salary to 30K + Uncapped Commission, First Year OTE 60K, with Pension & BUPA after a year's service plus 20 days holiday + 3.5 days at Christmas & Bank Holidays.
The Recruitment Brief:
Working within their highly successful Pharmaceutical brand you will be responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships. Most of your work will be telephone based, with occasional face to face meetings, so you must have a clear and confident manner and be able to sell the company and yourself above other agencies, both interpersonally and over the telephone. You must also be able to build strong, trusting relationships with the extensive candidate and client database. Other responsibilities include pre-screening CVs, organising interviews and managing your own advertising.
The Person Spec:
Recruitment is a sales role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude alongside excellent communication skills to deal with the top decision makers throughout Europe. This fast paced and challenging environment demands that candidates be assertive, independent and are able to work under their own initiative.
A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential as is the ability to influence and motivate others. You will ideally be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience and a demonstrable history of success in achieving and exceeding targets. Experienced, strong non graduates with excellent communication skills will be considered as will those who have industry experience within Pharmaceuticals or Clinical Trials. An additional European Language would be a distinct advantage.
