The Package:
Competitive basic salary 18-25K depending on career history. On top of your basic salary, you will enjoy one of the most generous commission schemes in the industry. Commission is uncapped, so you will have full responsibility and control of your earnings. The Recruitment Brief:
We are seeking applications from recruitment professionals who possess local area knowledge in the Commercial Temps or Perms sector and have a good billing history.
Your prime responsibility will be to increase business!
This will involve the full recruitment cycle and visiting client's at their offices, therefore you are required to have a full driving licence.
The Person Spec:
Applying candidates will be existing Commercial Recruitment Consultants dealing with either temps or perms placements, although other disciplines will be considered.
You will need to get to know your client's well and take the time to understand their company and requirements.
You will carry out a thorough evaluation of your candidate’s skills through in-depth interviewing and testing that ensures each candidate accurately matches the specification.
You will be able to provide a service that keeps your client fully informed at every stage of the recruitment process.
