The Package:
In return for your hard work and commitment our client is offering a competitive base salary up to 22K, uncapped bonus scheme where you can earn 35-45K+ in year one and 50-65K+ in year two, with car and holiday incentives.
There are also excellent internal promotional opportunities, with team leadership positions achievable in 12 to 18 months, for the right candidates.
The Recruitment Brief:
We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate a track record of achievement and tenacity coupled with a real desire to succeed within the recruitment industry.
Covering IT positions a typical day in the life of a recruitment consultant will include:
Generate live vacancies through business development telephone calls and client presentations and meetings.
Interview, screen and manage a large candidate database.
Develop expertise in understanding the requirements, skills and experience of candidates to gauge their suitability for vacancies.
Manage relationships between clients and candidates.
Liaise with the marketing department to ensure the timely release of effective marketing material.
Negotiate to secure preferred supplier list agreements with blue chip clients.
