The Package:

You will receive a basic salary to 33K, a bonus structure that is probably the most realistic, achievable and rewarding in the medical recruitment sector.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
We are seeking applications from exceptionally driven, talented and ambitious individuals looking for a new challenge within the recruitment industry.
Running a small team of 3 Recruitment Consultants you will be required to lead by example and bill yourself, whilst motivating, coaching and supervising the other team members.
Ideally you will currently be working within the medical sector or have an in-depth knowledge of the Medical industry, with specifically Doctor recruitment experience.
The Person Spec:
To be successful in this role, you must be completely sales focuses, fair and supportive, ethical and compliant and friendly and sociable. For the right candidate who is an expert within the medical sector there are high financial awards available.
