Recruitment - Education Recruitment Branch Manager - Birmingham
The Package:
A competitive basic salary around 24-32K plus a fantastic OTE with company car/car allowance and excellent holiday entitlement are available to the successful candidate.
The Recruitment Opportunity:
My client now seeks to strengthen their Birmingham branch with an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager, ideally with Education or Public Sector exposure.
Our client will invest in you as a Branch Manager including on going training and support you to ensure that you succeed. There is still a massive ongoing need for temporary education personnel throughout the UK, at all levels so this is a very busy, proactive, public sector role!!
The Person Spec:
Education Recruitment has many plus factors, but to be considered you must be a PROVEN Recruitment Branch Manager with a track record of a minimum of 2 years Management within Recruitment.
Ideally from Education or Healthcare as a preference, but if you have a solid track record in Recruitment then my Client will consider you, as sector training will be given.
A good basic salary and company car/allowance awaits the successful Candidate, and this will be higher if you can bring relevant sector experience.
Your responsibilities include selling the services of the company to clients and candidates, interviewing, matching requirements and overcoming objections.
You will need to be sales orientated and willing to work hard to develop both yourself and the business, able to demonstrate a successful track record of working to and exceeding targets as well as having the hunger to make the most of this opportunity.
