THE COMPANY 

VMR Consultants are a specialist provider of permanent and contract staff across niche IT markets in the UK and Europe. We are currently recruiting high-calibre graduates and sales professionals to join our industry leading training scheme. The VMR Consultants training scheme is an integral part of our future growth strategy as we look to expand from 50 employees currently to 150 in the next 3 years. Our training scheme has recently provided the company with a number of its Team Leaders and Sales Manager. We are looking to fast track successful candidates into management through this scheme as we increase our management team from 6 to 20 over the course of the next 3 years. 

  

HIGHLY COMPETITIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURES 

Our trainee recruitment consultants don't just benefit from our highly structured training programme, but have the opportunity to vastly increase their earning potential. 

We have had a high percentage of consultants from our training scheme achieve their salary increases to raise their basic salary within their first 6 months. 

This year so far the top biller has already achieved over £60,000 in generated revenue, putting them in line to generate in excess of £250,000 for the year. The industry average is approximately £80,000 a year. 

  

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNTIES FOR PROGRESSION 

We are looking to grow within the next 3 years from 50 employees to 150, with multiple offices in Essex. We currently require high-calibre graduates and sales professionals to undertake our fast track to management training programme to develop in to team leaders and future senior management staff, with opportunities to run offices in the future. 

  

STRUCTURED TRAINING PROGRAMME 

Initially starting with an intensive 2 week training schedule, involving video, audio, group and 1-2-1 training sessions. We then progress this to highly focused 1-2-1 sessions with our Senior Consultants and Training Manager on a weekly basis to specifically target your training needs, this is continued across the rest of your recruitment career, whether you are a trainee or a senior consultant to help our consultants reach their earning potential. 

  

HIGH END NICHE TECHNOLOGY RECRUITMENT 

Working with companies from small specialist Software Development companies to multi-national banks and technology companies, our consultants strive to be experts in their specified markets. With an average fee ranging from £10K - £11K our consultants can focus their attentions on building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates to provide a high value service which has given us a strong name across Europe. 

  

MANAGEMENT FAST TRACKING 

Our fast track to management programme means that consultants are able to progress to team leader roles within a 9-12 month period and senior management roles within a 24 month period, as we increase our management team from 6 to 20 over the next 3 years. Our most recently promoted senior manager was promoted after being with the company only 2 years to the Sales Manager position. 

All progression is based solely on performance thresholds, so there are no glass ceilings or office politics, once a consultant reaches the required level of performance they are promoted through the VMR structure.</description>
