As a Team Leader / Manager, you will take over the running of the entire office in the absence of the Director, which will be a full time position. The role will remain a BILLING MANAGER position and so would not suit an individual who is removed from a recruiting role. The team is fairly self-sufficient, but would benefit from weekly and fortnightly one to one meetings, appraisals, goal setting etc.

The company has a very relaxed environment but the owner is now keen to find an individual who has a creative and entreprenurial spirit to take the business to the next level, including developing and potentially growing the team.

1. Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Central Southampton
